• Guest Policy: Only the guest receiving services is permitted in the establishment.

• Late Fee Policy: Guests are allowed a grace period of 15 minutes for lateness without incurring a charge. However, if you exceed this period, a late fee of $50 will apply. If you arrive more than 30 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled. ALL appointments canceled are subject to a $100.00 cancellation fee.

• Cancellation Policy: All appointments must be canceled 24 hours in advance. Cancellations can be made by you online, via email, text, instant chat, by fax, or by calling (833)DRBODY1. You may also reach me at Dr.DreaRenae@beautybydrearenae.com.

 

• Booking Requirements: Full payment is REQUIRED to book with me.

• No Call No Show: If no communication is received from you, and you are a no call no show your appointment will be canceled, a partial refund will be issued minus $200 no show fee. You will also be blocked from booking in the future. No Exceptions!

• How to book? I only accept online bookings. No other forms of booking will be accepted.

• Can I book multiple appointments? Yes if time slots are open for you to add on by all means add on.

​

• Please note you can cancel, or reschedule your appointment online via the appointment calendar. If you don't see the link to cancel or reschedule please contact me via email asap!

• How can I reach you? We can be reached by email, phone, text, live chat and fax.

• What are your hours? Currently Friday- Sunday 6am-6pm *Subject to Change*

• Do you accept kids? Yes they must be 15 and older and accompanied by an adult during the time of service.

• Where are you located? We are based out of Gainesville, Ga but our newest location is the heart of Lawrenceville, GA. We will continue to accept mobile appoints for those who prefer it.

• ​What is the minimum age for booking a body service? 18

​

• What is required to book a body service? All body service appointments require a consultation FIRST, no exceptions! If you book a service without a consultation your appointment is at risk of being cancelled minus the $100 cancellation fee.

• MUST text style pictures to (833) 372-6391 for all requested styles BEFORE the day of your appointment.

​

• Mobile Appointments: Please note that mobile appointments will be offered for a limited selection of services. Body appointments, however, must be conducted at our location; they are not available for mobile services.​​
